JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Title: Full-Time Tennis Coach

Location: Singapore (Various condominiums, tennis centres, and Singapore Swimming Club)

Position Overview:
RB Tennis Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Tennis Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tennis coaching, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to fostering a love for the game in players of all ages and skill levels.

• Conduct individual and group tennis lessons for players of varying skill levels at designated locations, including condominiums and Singapore Swimming Club.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
• Provide constructive feedback to players and help them set and achieve personal goals.
• Organize and oversee tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents and players to discuss progress and strategies for improvement.
• Ensure the proper upkeep of equipment and facilities used during coaching sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tennis coach, with a strong track record of developing players.
• In-depth knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and coaching methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with players and parents.
• Certification in tennis coaching (e.g., PTR, USPTA, ITF) is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:

SGD 80-90 per hour, commensurate with experience.
